I have recently joined Total Health Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant.I’ve been a part of the entertainment industry for over a decade and have a passion for dance, fitness, and raising awareness towards mental health. I’ve travelled the world learning, growing, and doing what I love most! When I am not at the practise, you’ll find me teaching dance & creating opportunities for the arts industry, or going for a hike up a local mountain.
